A growing business in the Northwest area is looking to expand its R&D department. An additional Firmware Engineer is urgently required to work on a new phase of their product range.

  • C programming
  • Microcontrollers – STM32
  • Protocols – CANBus, SPI, I2C, UART desirable
  • Linux

The role of Firmware Engineer reports directly to the Technical Director but you’ll be working closely with the whole of the R&D team to develop software for embedded microcontrollers. You’ll be working on projects from cradle to grave, with multiple projects running at any one time. This Firmware Engineer role is classed as full lifecycle, where you’ll be involved from specification, design, test, validation, and delivery for manufacture.
