Work as a Nursing Home Manager for a small local provider with a great reputation in the sector and with CQC looking to grow in size. As a Home Manager with a good background with the CQC you will take on a brand new Home to take this luxury Home to the high standard the environment deserves and get through to the first CQC inspection.

Home Manager Requirements:

  • Elderly Dementia experience
  • NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)
  • CQC experience
  • Nurse Qualification
  • Commissioning Experience

As a Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for starting this elderly nursing home from the beginning within a company that has experience of Good and Outstanding CQC reports in a purpose-built Homes that gives great dementia care. With the growth plans in place this is an excellent opportunity to look at future Regional / Quality positions.

You will work alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life within a nursing setting, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care.
