The Role

You’ll play a key part in developing Power Apps, improving internal business processes, and delivering high-quality reporting solutions across Finance, Sales, Operations and beyond. It’s a varied position where you’ll be collaborating closely with stakeholders while also driving your own technical decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining Power Apps solutions (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, integrations, automations).
  • Owning the development and optimisation of Power BI dashboards, data models and reporting tools.
  • Enhancing business processes using SQL, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows.
  • Driving data quality, consistency and accuracy across the organisation.
  • Monitoring and optimising performance across systems.
  • Providing Tier 1 support alongside an external MSP.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is both technically strong and genuinely enjoys building tools that solve real-world problems.

You’ll bring:

  • 3+ years’ SQL development experience (optimisation, stored procedures, integrations).
  • Exposure to the development of Power Apps solutions (essential).
  • Experience building workflows with Power Automate.
  • Experience shaping data using Power Query and Dataflows.
  • Power BI development experience (nice to have if Power Apps is your main strength).
  • A degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent experience.

On a personal level, you’ll be:

  • Curious and up for a challenge.
  • Natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
