An organisation operating within the satellite communications sector is looking to add a Senior Test Engineer (RF/Payload) to its growing engineering team. Chroma are supporting the search to help meet increasing demand across advanced satellite communications and payload programmes.
This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge satellite communications technology, leading RF payload integration, verification and test activities across a variety of high-profile space programmes. You will play a key role in payload bring-up, performance validation, environmental test campaigns and system-level verification, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF testing, integration and verification, ideally within the space, satellite, aerospace or defence sectors.
Requirements:
- Experience within RF communications, satellite systems, aerospace, defence or related high-technology industries
- Strong understanding of RF systems and test methodologies
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment such as VNAs
