A specialist Rotating Machinery manufacturer in the West Yorkshire region is looking for a Design & Applications Engineer. This company is a market leader and supplies bespoke equipment across sectors ranging from automation to heavy steel and mining plants.

Role Overview

The Design & Applications Engineer will work within an experienced engineering & technical team, engaging in all stages of an engineering project—from design and quotation to customer relations, procurement and buying. This multi‑skilled role is suited for an engineer eager to explore diverse engineering avenues in a supportive and high‑performing environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will be involved in all stages of engineering projects, including design, projects, quotation, customer relations, procurement, buying and other related tasks.

Requirements

  • HNC/D or Degree Educated in Engineering
  • CAD – Solidworks
  • Strong interest in engineering & complex machinery/equipment
  • Experience in an engineering role (not essential)
