Work as a Children’s Registered Manager for a local childcare company who are recruiting for a brand new 3 bedded complex EBD service. Progression opportunities and a great package, await for a Children’s Home Manager with experience in this field who will satisfy Regulation 28. Benefits Package: – Up to £55,000 – £60,000 starting salary – Competitive pension scheme – Additional KPI Bonus – Progression within a growing organisation – Clear path to RI Children’s Registered Manager Requirements: – Children’s Residential experience – NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards) – Experience supervising a team in this setting as a Registered Manager – Good rating with Ofsted As Children’s Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of 3 bedded EBD house for a company that has experience of Good Ofsted reports and with planning permission currently. You will alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life for disadvantaged children who have emotional behavioural difficulties, all this whilst working in a family run company who do their best to get the best for these children.
