As Children’s Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a 7 bedded LD and Mental Health service for a company that has a history of Good Ofsted reports. You will work alongside the SMT to provide high-end care and give a great quality of life for disadvantaged children who have emotional behavioural difficulties, all this whilst working in a family-run company who do their best to get the best for these children.
