Work as a Home Manager for an established provider within the Midlands and Staffordshire area with a great reputation in the sector and with CQC looking to grow in size. As a Commissioning Manager with a good background with the CQC, you will take on a brand new Home with the aim to take this luxury Nursing and Residential Home to the high standard this environment deserves.

Home Manager Requirements:

  • Elderly Dementia experience
  • NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)
  • CQC experience
  • Commissioning Experience Preferred
  • RGN Essential

As a Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for starting this elderly nursing home from the beginning within a company that has experience of Good and Outstanding CQC reports in purpose-built Homes that give great dementia care. With the growth plans in place, this is an excellent opportunity to look at future Regional / Quality positions. You will work alongside the SMT to provide high-end care and give a great quality of life within a nursing setting, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care.
