Work as an Operations Manager for a Children’s Provider managing Care Homes in West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester. This provider is eager to speak to experienced Children’s Home and Area Managers with a good background with Ofsted to hit the ground and manage the day to day running of the services and support the Managers.

As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the operations of the Homes to ensure the safeguarding, manage disciplinaries and have general oversight for all things KPI related in the Children’s Homes.
