Children’s Home Manager Requirements:
- Children’s Residential experience
- NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)
- Experience supervising a team in this setting as a Registered Manager
- Good rating with Ofsted
You will work alongside the SMT to provide high-end care and give a great quality of life for disadvantaged children who have emotional behavioural difficulties, all this whilst working in a family-run company who do their best to get the best for these children.
