Chroma are working with an excellent Worcestershire based engineering firm who are searching for an Installation & Commissioning Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical & Electrical disciplines predominantly in automotive engineering. As an Installation & Commissioning Engineer, you will split your time across their office and travel to client sites to implement and commission complex automotive equipment. The test equipment typically includes mechanical assemblies, pneumatic & hydraulic systems and integrated PC/PLC control systems.
Installation & Commissioning Engineer requirements:
- HNC/D or Degree in Engineering (or similar)
- Competence in both Mechanical & Electrical Disciplines
- Engine Testing Experience (highly desirable)
- Able to travel across the UK
- Ability to understand Technical Drawings & Concepts
