A leading scientific and engineering company in Warrington are looking for a Test Engineer to work on a range of bespoke electro-mechanical products. This is a full lifecycle role with the client expecting someone to get involved in both R&D and customer projects. The chosen Test Engineer will be actively involved in mechanical assembly, integration, and prototyping, test & validation. The ideal candidate should be confident in reading engineering drawings & ensuring their work is completed to the highest quality standards. The company works in a variety of sectors including the space industry. The projects are therefore both varied and complex in nature, so perfect for an experienced Assembly & Test Engineer who enjoys a challenge!
Test Engineer requirements:
- Degree level or HND/C in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- Precision assembly & NDT experience
- Test & documentation (ISO 9001, AS9100)
- Comfortable reading CAD/Engineering drawings (GD&T)
- Space/Aerospace experience (highly beneficial)
