Due to continuing expansion, this reputable engineering firm are looking to add multiple heads to their engineering team. As part of this growth, they are looking for a mid-level Mechanical Design Engineer. The successful candidate will operate in multi-functional project teams and be exposed to the full life cycle of cutting-edge machinery design.
Key duties include:
- Site visits
- 3D / 2D CAD
- Documentation
- Calculations
- Overseeing work in the workshop

In return, the company are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Design Engineer with:
- Degree level in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- 3D CAD skills: SolidWorks, PTC Creo (or similar)
- Technical drawing / GD&T
- FEA & hand calculations
- Similar experience in industry highly desirable
