After continued growth within a leading space and satellite technology organisation, they are now looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their engineering team working on advanced mixed-signal integrated circuits for aerospace applications. The role of Quality Assurance Manager is a critical position within the business, supporting the full development and manufacturing lifecycle of complex IC technologies. Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of quality processes, ensuring compliance, traceability, and best practice across all engineering disciplines and external partners.
You will be working cross-functionally with architecture, design, verification, manufacturing, and subcontract teams, taking projects from concept through to production. The environment is highly collaborative, offering the opportunity to lead, mentor, and drive continuous improvement across cutting-edge engineering programmes.
Quality Assurance Manager Requirements:- Degree qualified in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field
- Experience in Quality Assurance within IC / semiconductor environments (ideally mixed-signal or aerospace)
- Strong understanding of VLSI development flows (design, verification, DFT, validation, manufacturing)
- Experience with traceability, configuration management, and quality processes
- Familiarity with aerospace standards and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and audit experience
