An exciting opportunity has come up for a new Product Development Manager to join a global engineering business based in Liverpool.

As the Product Development Manager, on day-to-day basis but will be given the freedom and autonomy to lead the team of electronics, mechanical and validation engineers. The role is a a mix of people management, managing product development and seniority engagement with external stakeholders. Someone with experience in integration of electronics, mechanical and/or software is ideal.

The role of Product Development Manager will be responsible for the overall development of the existing and next generation products. Youll be required to organise work priorities, assignments, and approvals of work.

Due to the hands-on nature of the role, youll be required three days a week onsite and two days at home.

Product Development Manager requirements:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent in Electronics/Mechanical/Software etc
  • Electronics and Mechanical knowledge
  • Product Development experience
  • Experience in leadership/management
