We are looking for a Product Design Engineer with some industry experience to join a small team of multi-disciplined engineers working on interesting technology. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Product Design Engineer who wants to join an SME in the South Manchester area, where you can work with several strong engineers and develop your skills.
The role involves an exciting blend of full lifecycle design, new & existing product development, test rig design, test & validation, prototyping, jigs & fixtures, technical support etc.
In order to be successful, you will need to be a Product Design Engineer with strong 3D CAD skills and injection moulding experience. In return, the company is offering stability, a strong remuneration package and long-term progression.
Product Design Engineer requirements:
- Degree or HND/C Level in Mechanical / Production Engineering (or similar).
- 3D CAD Inventor (essential)
- Injection moulding
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 (desirable)
