Due to continuing expansion, this reputable engineering firm are looking to grow their engineering team ASAP. As part of this growth, they are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to take ownership of the full design lifecycle. The successful Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will operate in multi-functional project teams and be tasked with leading cutting-edge equipment design projects.
Key duties include:
- Client liaison
- Concept design
- 3D / 2D CAD
- Calculations
- Test & validation
- Overseeing your work into build and commissioning
For the right candidate, there is also scope to progress into a more management position and take on more responsibility!
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer requirements:
- Degree level in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- 3D CAD Inventor
- Experience in fabrication and equipment design
- GD&T
- Medical, Pharma, Cleanroom experience (desirable)
