A world-renowned Machinery Design Manufacturer are looking for an experienced Electrical Assembly Team Leader to join their growing Production department. This company specialise in the design of Special Purpose Machinery for a niche sector on a global scale. You will report directly to the Assembly Senior Manager and oversee the assembly & electrical department, consisting of over 20 engineers. This will include executing daily and weekly plans, KPIs, team training and development, department audits and adhering to department process and manufacturing improvements (Lean, Kaizen etc.).
Electrical Assembly Team Leader Requirements:
- Apprentice or HND Qualified (Engineering Discipline)
- Proven experience as an Assembly/Production Manager or Team Lead/Supervisor
- Manufacturing & Process Improvement - Lean, Kaizen, Just in time etc.
- Experience of Electrical Assembly (PLC knowledge also desirable)
