As part of this, were looking for a new Lead Production Engineer Industrialisation to join their new site in Tamworth. The role of Lead Production Engineer Industrialisation is to head up the design and integration of a brand new and bespoke assembly line for containerised modules. Key duties include automated and manual assembly system design, takt time analysis, factory layout, process commissioning, validation, writing SOPs etc. whilst continuously driving improvement and increasing ROI. This is a full lifecycle role offering a high level of job satisfaction and ample opportunity for growth and development within the company.
