This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist manufacturer whose advanced materials testing equipment is used by leading research organisations, universities and industrial customers worldwide. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the company's demonstration laboratory, running customer samples and delivering product demonstrations and training sessions. You'll become a key technical contact for customers, helping showcase the capabilities of the company's instrumentation whilst ensuring the demo lab operates efficiently. This is a varied position that combines laboratory management, customer engagement and scientific testing work. Alongside overseeing the demo facility, you'll manage incoming customer enquiries through the CRM system and ensure leads are accurately recorded and passed to the sales team.
