Chroma is working exclusively with a fast-growing healthcare provider who are looking for a Development Manager to join their team! This role is based in Warrington (23 days a week on-site), offering a salary of up to £60K. The company themselves are one of the fastest growing health providers in the UK with over 1000 clients providing to over 700,000 employees. Having more than doubled in size over the last 2-3 years, they plan to expand by another 30% taking their headcount to over 1000 in the next year.
As a Development Manager, you will manage a small, skilled development team, overseeing the smooth delivery and integration of new features across a range of products. You will play a key role making strategic technical decisions and driving innovation. You will be responsible for managing and prioritising team workloads, while balancing leadership duties with hands-on development, spending roughly 30% of your time actively coding in C# and working across the .NET stack to support key projects.
