Requirements
- We require a full, valid UK driving licence with regular access to a vehicle.
- Experience with end-user IT support, including computers, networks, software, and devices.
- A working understanding of network devices, routers, switches, and access points.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Windows Desktop environments.
- Comfort using hands-on site tools such as drills, ladders, and cable crimpers.
- Bonus points for experience with Active Directory, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V), SharePoint, firewalls, VPNs, or wireless infrastructure.
- This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check, with enhanced checks requested following a conditional offer of employment.
Responsibilities
- Visit client sites to install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including network equipment, hardware, and software.
- Respond to on-site incidents and provide technical support.
- Schedule and manage site attendances and project work.
- Support our central helpdesk team with remote end-user support.
- Complete site documentation, asset audits, and administration.
- Assist our sales team with site surveys and pre-sales recommendations.
