Due to continued company growth, a globally recognised Pressure Equipment Manufacturer in the West Yorkshire area are looking for an experienced Senior Applications Engineer. As a Senior Applications Engineer, you will encompass a multi-skilled Engineering role which will bridge the gap between internal teams and external clients as a Technical Specialist. You will oversee the design, applications and manufacturing processes, produce mechanical designs and calculations for complex Pressure Equipment and offer technical support for both sales and customer needs. This is a huge opportunity to join a company which has continually grown throughout the last 12 months and have established themselves as a globally recognised manufacturer within their field.
Senior Applications Engineer Requirements:
- Degree Educated or HNC/D in Mechanical Engineering
- Pressure Equipment (Valves, Pumps, Hydraulics etc)
- Mechanical Design experience
- Manufacturing & Assembly practices for Pressure Equipment
- Standards B16.34, ASME VIII etc.
- Strong knowledge of Engineering Calculations
