A leading Machinery manufacturer in the Lancashire area are looking for a talented Customer Service Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for preparing and managing spare parts quotations, order acknowledgements and customer delivery commitments, supporting budgets, sales proposals and OEM negotiations, and coordinating warranty and replacement parts.
You will oversee shipping, returns and customs documentation, ensure accuracy within the ERP system, set team objectives, manage performance and development, and review KPIs. Monthly reports to drive continuous improvement, working closely with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Shipping.
Customer Service Manager Requirements:
- 25 years experience in the capital equipment or engineering sector
- Strong MS Office skills
- Proven leadership and customer-facing experience
- Willingness to travel as required
