Our client is a fast-growing global technology leader within the connected TV and digital media industry. Their innovative platform powers millions of smart devices worldwide, providing seamless, premium entertainment experiences to consumers. With strong momentum across APAC and Europe, they are expanding their presence in the UK and France and now seek an ambitious Sales Manager to help drive growth. This is a remote role but will have extensive travel opportunities for client meetings, industry events & tradeshows.
The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in monetising premium Connected TV (CTV) inventory across the UK markets. The position requires a confident and strategic salesperson who can foster deep relationships with agencies, broadcasters, and brands, while navigating the programmatic and video advertising landscape. Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop strong relationships with agencies, broadcasters, trading desks, DSPs, and brands.
- Actively sell premium CTV inventory, both direct and programmatic, to key advertisers.
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Work closely with internal teams (Ad Operations, Programmatic Solutions, and Product) to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to boost visibility.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years’ experience in digital media sales, ideally in video, programmatic, or CTV advertising.
- Strong network of contacts across agencies and brands in the UK and France.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly CTV, programmatic, and video trends.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
