We’re looking for a Test Engineer who loves getting hands-on with hardware and takes pride in quality, detail, and problem-solving. In this role, you’ll be central to ensuring products are fully tested, licensed, and ready for customers. You’ll work closely with manufacturing partners and engineers, diagnosing issues, improving processes, and helping maintain the high standards our customers expect.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out pre-ship testing and licensing of hardware
- Diagnosing and resolving manufacturing and hardware issues
- Investigating RMAs and feeding findings back into product improvement
- Supporting hire equipment testing and returns
- Training manufacturing staff on test procedures and quality standards
- Maintaining production test environments and equipment
- Performing board-level repairs, rework and modifications where required
- Keeping accurate records and documentation across systems

- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- A practical, methodical approach to problem-solving
