As a newly created position, this role sits at the heart of a dynamic supply chain team and works closely with Procurement, Portfolio Managers, Sales Support, Warehouse, and Customer Support to ensure a smooth and efficient supply network.
As a Supply Chain Co-ordinator, you’ll analyse supplier spend and non-conformance data to uncover trends, reduce inefficiencies, and support smarter procurement decisions, with a focus on rationalising lower-spend suppliers. This is a great opportunity for someone analytical who enjoys turning data into meaningful improvements.
You’ll assess supplier performance, support contract negotiations, and help streamline vendor relationships. Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, you'll also identify alternative suppliers and reduce supply chain risk.
The role involves building and managing a central contract database, supporting internal procurement cycles, and helping reduce recurring spend. You’ll contribute to service procurement and play a key role in onboarding new suppliers for both internal operations and sales support.
We’re looking for someone with experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics. Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential, along with great attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
This role is 5 days per week on-site in Nottingham, working 9-5.30pm (with some flexibility).
