Responsibilities Perform pre-shipment testing and licensing to ensure products are fully operationalDiagnose and resolve manufacturing and hardware issuesTest and investigate new orders and returned hardware (RMA)Maintain accurate production, licensing, and assembly recordsSupport hire equipment licensing, testing, and return inspectionsMaintain and improve production test environments and equipmentTrain manufacturing staff on test procedures and quality standardsCarry out technical repairs, soldering, and board-level rework as requiredContribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and product qualityKey Requirements Strong enthusiasm for engineering and hardware technologyProven diagnostic and problem-solving skills, from system-level to component-levelExperience working in manufacturing or production test environmentsHigh attention to detail in testing, documentation, and quality controlConfident communicator able to support and train othersSelf-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skillsFlexible and comfortable working across office and subcontractor sitesFull driving licence and willingness to travel between locations
