Christy Media Solutions is a specialist recruitment business with over 20 years of experience supporting the world's leading broadcasters, media organisations, and technology vendors. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join either our EMEA or Americas division. This opportunity would suit an experienced recruiter who has built success recruiting for technical, engineering, or technology-focused positions and is looking to or already specialises within the broadcast and media technology sector.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Building and developing relationships with clients across the broadcast, media, and technology sectors
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates through headhunting, networking, and market mapping
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, providing market insight and recruitment expertise
- Working with organisations across either the EMEA or Americas market, depending on your experience and interests
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years' experience in recruitment
- A proven track record of achieving targets and generating revenue
- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering or technology professionals within the broadcast, media or AV sector.
- A proactive, ambitious, and commercially driven mindset
- Someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships and becoming a recognised expert within their market
