An industry-leading broadcast services provider is seeking an Operations Executive to join their growing operations team. With over 70 years at the forefront of live sports broadcasting, they deliver technical services including outside broadcasting, supporting over 1,500 events each year.
The Role
As an Operations Executive, you’ll be central to ensuring the smooth running of complex outside broadcast operations. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation, while anticipating and resolving issues before they escalate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily scheduling and maximise resource use
- Anticipate and resolve logistical issues
- Collaborate with planning teams on resource allocation
- Maintain oversight of broadcast assets and service readiness
- Act as a key contact for stakeholders
About You
- Organised, proactive and accountable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in operations, scheduling or resource management
- Comfortable with scheduling tools (ScheduAll/MediaPulse desirable) and MS Office
