We are working with a leading broadcast services organisation to recruit a NOC Engineer to join its 24/7 operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor transmission and network systems within a live operations environment
  • Perform quality control checks across inbound and outbound audio/video signals
  • Respond to alarms, faults, and operational incidents
  • Coordinate services with customers, engineering teams, and third-party providers
  • Support occasional-use services and live broadcast operations
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and operational documentation updates

Skills & Experience

  • Experience within broadcast operations, NOC, MCR, or transmission environments
  • Knowledge of broadcast signal standards including HD-SDI, DVB-S/S2, MPEG, and ASI
  • Understanding of RF/uplink systems and streaming technologies
  • Experience working within fast‑paced operational environments
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
