The opportunity

We're looking for a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our close-knit team. This is a career-defining role for someone who wants to break into recruitment and build real expertise in the media industry. You'll receive comprehensive training through both internal programmes and external development, with a clear path toward full 360-recruitment responsibilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Engaging with candidates across the media sector - assessing their skills, career goals, and suitability for a range of roles
  • Conducting targeted searches using LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal database to identify top talent
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates to drive successful placements
  • Hitting weekly KPIs and targets, supported by mentorship and hands-on coaching
  • Progressing toward managing the full recruitment cycle - from business development and client management through to offer and placement
