We are working with a leading broadcast services organisation to recruit a NOC Engineer to join its 24/7 operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor transmission and network systems within a live operations environment
- Perform quality control checks across inbound and outbound audio/video signals
- Respond to alarms, faults, and operational incidents
- Coordinate services with customers, engineering teams, and third-party providers
- Support occasional-use services and live broadcast operations
- Assist with preventative maintenance and operational documentation updates
Skills & Experience
- Experience within broadcast operations, NOC, MCR, or transmission environments
- Knowledge of broadcast signal standards including HD-SDI, DVB-S/S2, MPEG, and ASI
- Understanding of RF/uplink systems and streaming technologies
- Experience working within fast-paced operational environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
