Reference: JOB-8554Network Engineer | Cisco | Routing & Switching | Palo Alto | Enterprise Networks | Central London We're partnering with a global media technology and connectivity organisation to recruit a Network Engineer for its established UK infrastructure team.

This is a broad, hands-on position supporting a complex multi-site network environment underpinning business-critical media, corporate and customer services.

Rather than operating within rigid support tiers, you'll take ownership across the network, from day-to-day troubleshooting and operational support through to infrastructure improvements, network projects and design-related work.

What you'll be doing Support, operate and improve a multi-site enterprise network Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routing, switching and wireless infrastructure Manage network security and Palo Alto firewalls Troubleshoot complex network and connectivity issues Work across operational support, network upgrades, projects and design Support resilient IP infrastructure carrying business-critical services What we're looking for5+ years' hands-on enterprise/campus networking experience Strong Cisco routing and switching skills, ideally Catalyst and Nexus Practical knowledge of BGP, OSPF and/or EIGRPEnterprise firewall experience, ideally Palo Alto Strong Layer 2/3 networking and troubleshooting knowledge CCNP-level knowledge or working towards certification Experience with multicast, video-over-IP or media/broadcast networks would be advantageous Experience with IP multicast, video-over-IP, datacentre networking, private circuits or media/broadcast infrastructure would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
