Media Operations Specialist

Our client, a leading digital media services provider, is looking for a Media Operations Specialist to manage the preparation and delivery of content, metadata, and media assets for global digital platforms and broadcasters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package and validate digital content, metadata, and artwork.
• Conduct quality control and troubleshoot media issues.
• Edit and maintain metadata using XML, JSON, and other formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for smooth content delivery.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and process optimisation.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital media operations.
• Strong knowledge of media formats, encoding, and platform specifications.
• Proficiency in video codecs, transcoding tools, and quality control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

This role operates on a late shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and is fully remote.
