We are working with a leading media services provider to recruit a Multi-Skilled Camera Operator to join a fast-paced newsroom environment in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of live news production, delivering high-quality broadcast content across Northern Ireland.
The Role:
- Shoot, edit, and deliver broadcast-ready news content
- Work closely with journalists to respond to daily news priorities
- Operate independently in the field while maintaining communication with the newsroom
- Edit content using Avid Media Composer to tight deadlines
- Support live newsgathering and on-location filming
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a newsroom or fast-turnaround production environment
- Strong shoot/edit capability with Avid Media Composer
- Solid technical skills across camera, sound, and lighting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
