Studio Engineer in Maidstone

We’re looking for a talented Studio Engineer to join a rapidly growing UK eCommerce brand. The company serves millions of customers nationwide and recently launched an exciting new TV Shopping Channel, broadcasting 24/7 on major UK platforms. This is your chance to join a creative, forward-thinking team redefining shopping television.

In this role, you’ll be a key part of the broadcast team, responsible for operating PTZ cameras during shoots, managing studio and gallery equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations. You’ll set up and maintain cameras, lighting, and sound systems, troubleshoot technical issues, research and source equipment, and work closely with IT and external engineers.

You’ll need:

• Strong technical skills
• Experience operating in a live studio or gallery environment
• A proactive, can-do attitude and ownership mindset
• A genuine passion for broadcast production and technology
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
