We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Technical Operations Lead to take ownership of our hardware operations and help shape how products move from production to customers smoothly, efficiently, and at the highest quality.
This is a broad, impactful role where you'll sit at the centre of engineering, manufacturing partners, and customer support. You'll lead a small technical team, oversee testing and licensing, and be the go-to person for all things hardware operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning day-to-day hardware manufacturing and order fulfilment operations
- Leading testing, licensing and customer support activities
- Acting as the operational bridge between engineering, manufacturing, sales and customers
- Working closely with contract manufacturers to maintain quality and resolve issues
- Supporting new product introductions and production readiness
- Driving continuous improvement across processes and systems
- Line-managing and developing a small technical team
- Rolling up your sleeves when needed as this is a hands-on leadership role
