We’re looking for a confident and detail-driven Sales Planner to join a high-performing international ad sales team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role sits within a fast-paced team covering Africa, Central Europe and Central Asia, supporting the creation and delivery of advertising proposals and campaigns across digital and TV. If you enjoy working with numbers, building strong media plans, and being at the centre of commercial campaign execution, this could be a great fit.
The Role:
- Building tailored media plans and ad proposals in Excel and PowerPoint
- Creating high-quality client presentations
- Supporting post-sale campaign delivery and reporting
- Ensuring data accuracy and attention to detail across proposals
- Working closely with junior team members to check reporting and outputs
- Adapting quickly to team processes and presentation style
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2+ years’ experience in a media agency or publisher environment
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (media planning experience essential)
- Experience in digital and/or TV planning
- Confident working with numbers and large volumes of information
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Adaptable, organised and proactive
