We are exclusively partnering with a leading international manufacturer within the broadcast, media production and professional video technology sector to appoint a Regional Sales Director – Europe. This is a high-profile leadership role with responsibility for a significant European region generating approximately £multi-million in annual revenue, managing an established direct sales organisation across multiple European territories including the UK, France, DACH, Iberia and Eastern Europe.
The business is recognised globally for delivering premium technology solutions into broadcasters, production companies, studios and professional content creators, with a strong reputation for innovation, technical excellence and long-term customer relationships.
Reporting at VP level, this role will take ownership of the European direct sales organisation, leading an existing team of regional sales across key territories and market segments. The focus is heavily project-led and consultative, requiring a commercially driven sales leader who understands how complex technology solutions are positioned, sold and integrated within broadcast and media production environments.
The client is specifically seeking someone from a manufacturer background who understands portfolio-led selling, value-based sales strategy and how multiple product lines combine to create broader customer solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving accountability, improving forecasting accuracy, strengthening CRM discipline and developing strategic customer engagement across the region.
Year one will require a highly visible leadership presence, with approximately 50% travel expected to build relationships internally and externally, establish credibility with the team and make a strong commercial impact.
