We are working with a global organisation seeking an experienced EMEA Immigration Manager to join their People & Culture / Employment Legal function on a 13 month contract. This role plays a key part in advising the business on immigration matters across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on UK sponsor licence management and compliance.

Reporting into senior employment legal leadership, you will act as a trusted advisor to People & Culture partners, hiring managers, and employees on all immigration-related matters. You will manage day‐to‐day immigration casework and act as the main point of contact between the business and external immigration counsel across EMEA.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising internal stakeholders on UK and EMEA immigration matters, including non‐immigrant and immigrant visas
  • Managing and maintaining UK sponsor licences, ensuring ongoing compliance
  • Coordinating documentation for immigration applications with candidates, consultants, and external counsel
  • Acting as an internal escalation point for immigration queries and complex cases
  • Educating managers on immigration compliance and best practice
  • Building strong working relationships with P&C, Recruitment, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Global Mobility, and external providers
  • Supporting the Right to Work process in collaboration with P&C Operations
  • Liaising closely with outside counsel to interpret and apply immigration policies accurately and efficiently

You will be an experienced UK corporate immigration professional who is comfortable operating in a fast‐paced, international environment and advising stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years' experience as a UK Corporate Immigration Consultant or Advisor (multi‐jurisdictional experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of UK immigration and work authorisation laws
  • Experience managing sponsor licence compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while balancing multiple priorities
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
