We’re working with a leading global entertainment and streaming organisation looking to appoint a Specialist for merchandising to support one of their content brands. This role will focus on delivering engaging viewer experiences while supporting broader platform transition priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute merchandising strategies across UK and US
- Manage homepage hero placements, featured rails, and genre page merchandising
- Support content promotion, optimisation, and campaign execution
- Analyse performance data and apply insights to improve engagement and discovery
- Collaborate with UK and US stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Maintain editorial consistency and operational stability across the platform
- Support Platform Video Channels merchandising operations and workflows
Experience Required:
- Experience within digital content merchandising
- Deep familiarity with content management systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in project management
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Additional Information:
- Hybrid working – 3 days onsite in London
- Standard hours 09:00–18:00 with occasional later start/finish to support U.S. stakeholders
- Immediate start preferred
