We’re hiring a Junior Resource Manager to join the internal creative agency of one of Europe’s top media and entertainment providers. This in-house team handles everything from branding and advertising to digital and broadcast creative for major content and campaigns across multiple markets.
In this role, you'll work closely with creative, production, and account teams to help ensure the right people are in place to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Day-to-day management of creative team schedules and resource allocation
- Forward planning and monitoring of project timelines and workloads
- Supporting the onboarding and contracting of freelance talent
- Helping track project budgets and timelines using resource management tools
- Maintaining clear documentation for resourcing, including trackers and rotas
- Supporting time-tracking compliance and reporting across teams
- Collaborating across departments to align staffing with project needs
- Around 1 year’s experience in a creative, agency, production, or in-house media environment
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and confident communicator
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven setting
- Familiarity with resourcing tools is beneficial but not essential
