Job Description

A leading post and production dry hire facility is currently recruiting for a Hire Coordinator to join their highly successful team on a permanent basis.

As a Hire Coordinator you will be responsible for handling incoming bookings enquiries and scheduling all entries into the bookings systems. You will ensure all clients receive accurate technical advice and support and experience a smooth hire process.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a technical aptitude, as you will need to liaise with multiple teams and the engineering department.

Existing technical knowledge around post-production and editing systems would be highly advantageous, as would any experience working within media bookings or rentals. We would also consider recent graduates who have studied relevant areas and can demonstrate a good technical understanding and customer-focused approach.
