This hands-on, people-focused position sits at the heart of operations across two bustling Soho sites, supporting over 150 cutting rooms used by some of the biggest names in film and TV. You’ll be responsible for managing client bookings and scheduling, delivering day-to-day services, maintaining facilities, and ensuring a first-class experience for every client and visitor.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll work alongside another coordinator, each taking primary responsibility for one site while collaborating closely to ensure seamless service across both locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate client bookings and scheduling, communicating directly with production teams to manage both daily and long-term cutting room usage.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and support billing and invoicing processes.
  • Respond promptly to scheduling changes and last-minute requests.
  • Act as the on-site point of contact, ensuring client needs are met and building strong relationships.
  • Organise and deliver monthly social events and occasional larger gatherings.
  • Supervise the runners team, delegating daily tasks and overseeing quality.
  • Manage security and access, administering passes and maintaining real-time records.
About You
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy, client-focused environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or Google Sheets.
  • Experience in post-production, client services, or facilities coordination is a plus, but not essential.
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and pride in delivering high-quality service.
