We are working with a client who is seeking an experienced Head of Technical Operations to lead the management, operation, and continual development of broadcast systems, production networks, and distribution infrastructure across multiple facilities. This is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring the resilience, performance, and future development of critical production and broadcast environments while supporting live operations and driving technical innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operation and performance of production and broadcast network infrastructure.
- Oversee MCR operational connectivity, signal transport, and inter-site communications.
- Manage technical change control processes across critical broadcast environments.
- Lead network architecture, deployment, lifecycle management, and infrastructure development.
- Drive operational resilience, disaster recovery planning, cybersecurity, and continuity strategies.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and workflows, including support for future AI initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical operations teams.
- Manage departmental budgets, supplier relationships, and technical roadmaps.
Requirements:

- Expertise in IP-based production and broadcast infrastructure.
