Christy Media Solutions is recruiting a Paralegal to support our client's International Content Distribution legal team on an initial 4-month contract.
Key responsibilities include
- :Drafting and negotiating licence and distribution agreements
- .Preparing supporting documentation including term sheets, amendments, sale and purchase agreements, notice letters and NDAs
- .Creating and maintaining deal summaries
- .Reviewing contracts and responding to day-to-day business queries
- .Providing legal research and general commercial legal support
- .Supporting major projects, including contract review and information gathering
- .Communicating with internal sales, finance and legal teams, as well as external clients
- .Managing multiple tasks within a busy, fast-paced legal environment

The role is based in Old Street, London, with working hours of 9:30am–6:00pm. The team meets in person on Thursdays, with an ideal working pattern of 1–2 office days per we
