A leading broadcast & film production manufacturing organisation is looking to hire an Electronic Design Engineer to join their established team.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
As Electronic Design Engineer you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and testing complex electronic system, from circuit-level design to PCB layout and compliance testing. Working alongside a multi-disciplinary engineering team, you’ll help bring next-generation products from concept through production, supporting the full product lifecycle. Your work will directly contribute to new product introduction and the continuous improvement of existing systems.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and capturing electronic circuit designs and schematics
- Designing PCB layouts and preparing manufacturing-ready files
- Programming components to meet performance requirements
- Testing and troubleshooting down to component level
- Supporting EMC and safety compliance testing to international standards
- Collaborating with third-party manufacturers and engineering partners
- Documenting your designs and maintaining a robust parts library
- Contributing to product specifications and development plans
What You Bring
- Strong background in analog and digital circuit design
- Experience with microprocessors and programmable logic
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., PADs, Mentor Graphics)
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting abilities
- Comfortable working under deadlines and collaborating with global teams
