The Role
- Proactively sourcing candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM, and other tools
- Screening and qualifying candidates via phone, video, and email
- Building and managing talent pools to support ongoing and future hiring needs
- Maintaining accurate records and activity in our recruitment CRM
- Providing clear and professional communication to candidates throughout the process
- Supporting the recruitment team with research, headhunting, and market mapping
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and the evolving media technology landscape
