A leading technical rental company working across feature films, high-end TV, commercials, and live productions is expanding its services into the broadcast and live production space. We\’re looking for a Broadcast Technical Supervisor to help drive this growth, based on site at the company HQ in Buckinghamshire.
What You’ll Do
- Support design and testing of RF and IP-based transmission systems
- Build and interpret complex signal flows (SDI/IP)
- Deliver remote and on-site technical support
- Maintain quality across video, audio, and colour pipelines
- Contribute to R&D and hybrid/remote production workflows
- Stay current with standards like ST 2110, AES67, NMOS, Dolby Vision
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in live broadcast, RF engineering, or similar technical roles
- Hands-on with RF video systems, IP-based infrastructure, and signal troubleshooting
- Familiar with colour workflows, Dante, VLANs, and comms systems
- Strong communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
